1Definitions & Scope of Applicability

In this document, "qkpk", "we", "platform" refers to the website and services of qkpk. "User", "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform. "Services" refers to all online gaming, betting, and related activities operated through qkpk.

3Account Verification

To ensure security, qkpk may request identity verification at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be required for verification. We are committed to keeping your account protected from suspected fraudulent activity. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, qkpk reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated funds.

4Account Closure & Termination

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. qkpk reserves the right to close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

5Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods on qkpk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank).

Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and the related funds may be returned.

6Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when processing a withdrawal request:

• Account verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the original payment method used for the deposit.
• A daily withdrawal limit may apply, as determined by qkpk.
• In cases of suspicious activity, qkpk reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending investigation.

7Welcome Bonus Terms

qkpk offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Once a bonus is activated, the wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games.
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are not transferable for cash.

8General Terms for Promotional Offers

qkpk may offer various special promotions from time to time. The specific terms for each offer will be detailed on that offer's page.

• Each promotional offer is one-time and subject to specific eligibility conditions.
• If any irregularity or manipulation in the use of an offer is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• qkpk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• VIP program offers and cashback apply only to eligible members.

9Fair Play Policy

• Use of bots, automated software, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• If a technical error or connectivity issue causes an abnormal game result, qkpk reserves the right to void that bet.

10Sports Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets in the qkpk sports section:

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the applicable rules for related bets will be determined by qkpk.

11VIP Membership Terms

qkpk's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback amount differs at each tier.

VIP tier upgrades are subject to qkpk's discretion and your activity on the platform. qkpk reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time.

12Responsible Gaming Policy

qkpk believes that recreational gaming should be entirely voluntary and enjoyable. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our users.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue to be in effect.
